I wonder if the geniuses know about the chemical reaction that occurs when concrete hardens. It gets really hot and burns. Also, the lack of oxygen to the skin and circulation of blood to the area are an issue. Concrete is poison that will make its way into the blood stream. This guy could lose that foot.
